Each chocolate is covered with perfectly tempered then tinted Belgian white chocolate, and filled with a rich dark chocolate ganache made with 70% dark Belgian chocolate, full cream, butter and a choice of subtle flavours to enhance the rich dark chocolate: Cointreau, Amaretto, Rum raisin or plain.
